AP3 respects your privacy, and as a Swedish governmental authority, AP3 is subject to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Thus, AP3 only collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.

AP3 acts as Data Controller when processing personal data. When a subcontractor (Data Processor) is used for processing data, AP3 will enter into a Data Processing Agreement with the processor in order to safeguard your privacy rights under GDPR.

Should you have any questions or comments about AP3’s handling of personal data, you are welcome to contact AP3’s Head of Compliance. The Head of Compliance can also refer you to AP3’s Data Protection Officer.
