AP3’s Board is appointed by the Government and consists of nine members. Two of the members are appointed following nominations from organisations representing employee interests, and two following nominations from organisations representing employer interests.
AP3’s mission is to generate maximum possible benefit for the current and future pensioners through responsible investment and management of the pension system buffer.
A common policy for remuneration terms, staff benefits, entertainment and business travel has been adopted by the boards of the AP-funds
