Ongoing procurement

AP3 shall conduct its procurement of goods and services through competitive tendering procedures in accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:1145). In brief, this means that the Fund shall promote effective competition in the procurement process, treat all participants equally and without discrimination, act in a transparent manner, and observe the principle of proportionality.
