Ongoing procurement
AP3 shall conduct its procurement of goods and services through competitive tendering procedures in accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:1145). In brief, this means that the Fund shall promote effective competition in the procurement process, treat all participants equally and without discrimination, act in a transparent manner, and observe the principle of proportionality.
Ongoing procurements
Norms-Based Screening, Product-Based Screening, and Engagement Services, AP3 2026/20
The Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3) published a procurement notice on 2 October 2026 regarding norms-based screening, product-based screening, and engagement services on behalf of the Council on Ethics for the Swedish National Pension Funds.
The Council on Ethics is a collaboration between the Second AP Fund (AP2), Third AP Fund (AP3) and Fourth AP Fund (AP4), which are buffer funds in the Swedish national income pension system.
The procurement is divided into three separate lots covering norms-based screening, product-based screening, and norms-based engagement services. The procurement will result in contracts for all three lots, and a single service provider may be awarded one or several lots.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is 1 November 2026.

IT Hardware and Related Services, AP3 2026/15
The Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3) published a procurement notice on 16 September 2026 regarding the procurement of IT hardware and related services.
The procurement concerns a framework agreement for AP3's needs relating to office IT equipment and associated services.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 16 October 2026.
